Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

Clients may cancel services prior to commencement by written email.

If cancellation occurs after work has commenced:

• Fees for completed milestones remain payable.

• Advance retainers are non-refundable.

• Ongoing monthly retainers require 15 days written notice unless otherwise agreed.
